We will need:
This tutorial has been done with PSP X2,
but you can make it in any previous version.
You must have a pretty good knowledge of PSP
Lirio del Valle's Materials

Filters:
Filters: Xenofex 1 - crumple
Toadies - Bitches Crystal
Xero - Fruzzifier
Xero - Porcelain

Let's Start!!

1.- Open a new canvas of 500 x 400
Fill with #827f86 color.
Open the friend tube, copy & paste as a new layer
move to the left, Duplicate, image-mirrow, merge down,
adjust-Blur-radial blur
Apply Xenofex 1-crumple, default settings

2.- Open the lily tube, copy & paste as a new layer
Image - mirrow
move to the botton right corner,
Blend mode SCREEN,
opacity 40%
Apply a drop shadow of 5,5,65,10 black
Open the Valentine heart tube, copy & paste as a new layer
Blend mode Luminance (legacy)
Apply the same drop shadow as before,
Opacity 50%
Layer-merge-merge all
Add a border, make sure that simetric is uncheck
Black color

It must look like this:

Copy & minimize

3.- Open a new canvas of 700 x 400
Fill with black color
paste your previous work as a new layer
with the magic wang select the two side black borders (5px)
Apply Toadies-bitches crystal, default settings
Apply a drop shadow with the same settings as before
reapply the drop shadow but change the first two numbers to the - (negative)
Select none

4.- Open the friends tube, copy & paste as a new layer,
resize this layer to 70%
Adjust-sharpness-sharpen
move to the left as in the final tag
Apply a drop shadow with black of 5,5,65,10
Apply another drop shadow with #beab86 color of -5,-5,65,10

5.- Open the words tube, copy & paste as a new layer
move to the botton left as in the final tag
apply a drop shadow of -5,-5,65,10 #beab86 color

6.- Open the tulip tube, copy & paste as a new layer
resize to 70%, blend mode SCREEN, opacity 55%
layers-arrenge-move down
apply the same drop shadow as before

7.- Open the pit jewell tube,
Copy & paste as a new layer each butterfly
place them as you think will look better
Blend mode Luminance (legacy)
Layers-merge-merge all
add a border in white, simatric uncheck

With the magic wang, select the white border
Copy & paste into selection the same proyect you have from before
Apply Toadies-Bitches Crystal,default settings
Apply a drop shadow of 5,5,65,10 with #beab86
Apply another drop shadow, changinf the first two numbers to - (negative)
Select none
Apply Xero-Fruzzifier, default settings
Apply Xero-Porcelain, default settings
Add personal watermark, your name to tag with black y in a nice font
Save as a .jpg
