Let's Start!

1.- Open a canvas of 500 x 250. Fill with white color #ffffff

2.- New raster layer, fill with black color #000000
Selections >> Select all
Selections >> Modify >> Contract >> 50
Press Delete
Without deselecting
Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> 1
Selections >> Invert, Press Delete

This base is going to help us with the three small squares for the tag.
Duplicate. We are going to work on the duplicated layer.

With the Pick tool

we are going to resize the rectangle untill we have the following measurements:

To be sure where to place our squares,
go to View >> Rulers

Duplicate this layer & place it in the midle of our canvas, Duplicate again & move this square to the right side, leaving everything somewhat like this:

Our first rectangle is going to help us place everything without coming out.

Now that we have our three square on place, delete the base rectangle.
Close the white background
layers >> Merge >> Merge visible.

3.- Open the giving tube, copy & paste as a new layer
Copy twice if necesary to cover the whole canvas.
We are going to change the color a bit!
Adjust >> Hue & Saturation >> Colorize >> 220, 35

Change the Opacity of this layer to 59%

4.- Duplicate this layer, making the Opacity of the new layer to 100%.

5.- The layer that has the squares, place it on top of all the other layers

6.- Working on our square layer,
with the magic wand tool & the shift key,
select inside of each square.

7.- Go to your Duplicated tube layer,
Selections >> Modify >> Expand >> 1
Selections >> Invert
Delete

8.- Merge the square & duplicated tube layer.

9.- Apply a drop shadow to this layer of 2,2,50,3

10.- Write Text, add same drop shadow.

11.- New raster layer, fill with black color #000000
Selections >> Select all
Selections >> Modify >> Contract >> 10
Delete

12.- Unhide the white layer, merge visible
Save as .jpg
